Our Story
With Over 140 staffs on our books, majority of which works in various SEND schools, our staff comes with wealth of experience and trained in working with children with a wide range of needs including complex and challenging behaviours. All staff members undertake regular safeguarding training
It is important that the whole team believes in and supports the inclusion and participation of the children and young people that we work with. We regularly monitor and evaluate their effectiveness in meeting the needs of all the children and young people that we work with. As part of good practice, our staff share knowledge and skills.

Some our staff have received additional training i.e. PEG feeding so they are better equipped at meeting specific needs of our children and young people. However, it is good practice that the whole team is able and willing to work inclusively and to recognise that some children may require assistance at specific times to truly access their play need.
